Patty Scott, Sr. Property Manager of Impact Property Management, LLC., was the originator of the company in 2014 and worked with the owner of Impact for a year prior to its creation. Patty brings a wide variety of experiences in Retail, Office, Medical, and Industrial real estate, and has been in the industry for over 13 years. Patty's extensive customer service experience and sales background, blending with working knowledge of the industry, and building a fantastic team, has been instrumental in bringing Impact PM Solutions, LLC. to the service level it is today.
With over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Amanda has extensive knowledge of retail leasing, property management, real estate development, strategic planning, project coordination, and business and tenant development. Amanda has worked with national tenants, REITs, developers and brokerage firms such as Jones Lang LaSalle, Inland Southern Management, and Maxwell Properties, Inc., and others. At Impact Property Management Solutions, Amanda helps manage the day to day management of the shopping centers, coordinating with tenants and vendors, and maintaining strong tenant and vendor relationships.
Amanda enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, kayaking, enjoying the great outdoors, traveling and serving the community.
With over 25 years of accounting experience, Nicole has spent the last 15 years specializing in commercial real estate where she has held a managing roll for 90% of that time. Working with the accounting staff at Impact Property Management Solutions, Nicole manages all daily accounting functions such as accounts payable and receivable, CAM reconciliations, financial reporting, and budgets, as well as provides timely and accurate financial snapshots of each property.
At home, Nicole enjoys traveling around the US with her dog Brutus and hiking as many trails as she can find. She also is a certified Yoga Practitioner, and an avid rollerblader.
Cindy has been working in the Insurance industry full time since 1979, mostly in the healthcare field serving the providers and doing credentialing & training. After retirement, Cindy began working part-time for Impact in November 2014 when her expertise was needed. With Impact, Cindy ensures compliance is met with our Tenants & the Landlord. Cindy also ensures all vendors servicing the properties are compliant with liability insurance and workers compensation policies. Cindy also obtains updated renewal certificates when insurance policies expire and maintenance reports per state and local city requirements. As a valued member of the Impact Team, Cindy works with major players for the Annual Vendor Audits, ensuring Impact is always in compliance. Finally, Cindy is a team player and helps with administrative duties when needed.
