I hereby authorize Impact Property Management Solutions to initiate automatic debits from my account at the financial institution named below on the 1st of every month (or the following business day). The amount to be deducted will be the amount that is listed on my statement that is sent to my email around the 20th of the previous month. I also authorize Impact Property Management Solutions to make deposits to this account in the event that a debit entry is made in error.

Further, I agree not to hold Impact Property Management Solutions responsible for any delay or loss of funds due to incorrect or incomplete information supplied by me or by my financial institution or due to an error on the part of my financial institution in debiting funds from my account.
